Blood work at the lab in the morning to give them time to process before my appt at 1:00.

We had lunch at Vina Asian Restaurant on North Ash just of Northwest Bvd.

Results were very gratifying. I’m in good health, weight down and am not at any risk of diabetes at this time (something I have been concerned about for a few years.)

Numbers were all within normal guidelines with exception of slightly elevated cholesterol which we addressed with suggested dietary changes and a follow up blood work and telephone interview in May.

After a brief stop at Lisa’s

we arrived home before dark.

Snacked our way through some podcasts and videos including catching up on the last week of Trevor Noah Daily Show followed by another episode of Deadwood including the murder of Wild Bill Hickok

Kim’s Convenience lightened the mood before we went to bed.
