Today the man from Andy’s Heating came in and he certainly knew his stuff. He invited my questions, said none were dumb and I learned more about a pellet stove than I’d have thought.

Long story short, he conducted what looked like a colonoscopy on the device and then took the innards apart and cleaned and adjusted all sorts of things. Even taught me the correct way to empty the ash collected at the bottom.

Stove worked impressively. Much more heat just like he said.

When the auger stopped working, I called him back and he delayed an appointment at Liberty Lake, came back, adjusted the auger and showed me the resent button and how it works.

House got warm and stayed warm.

Lietta ecstatic about it.
